I joined this group to combat ‘Nice Guy Syndrome’ and improve my emotional state, my mental clarity, and my overall lifestyle. Since then, I’ve been able to conduct a tremendous amount of growth with a high level of support.
At the retreat, I was finally able to express myself openly and connect with men who are on a similar path. We support each other through different life challenges. I’ve learned how to set healthy boundaries for myself and apply discipline to my daily life.
This has led to more emotionally healthy relationships going forward. I plan to continue applying these teachings for a lifetime.
