Purpose and Identity – The Makings of an Integrated Man

Over the course of several years, I have identified the key issues that plague most Nice Guys and keep them stuck in mediocrity. Two of the key issues are a lack of clear purpose and a lack of a distinct clear identity. This lack of clarity is often the reason Nice Guys end up in dysfunctional relationships and job situations.

As most Nice Guys come from emotionally fused family systems, they never had the chance to develop their own identity separate from the fused family.

Discovering your purpose and identity is an important aspect of the journey to becoming an Integrated Man. This is a long and ardous part of the journey, full of challenges, and it is important that you have the guidance and company of men who are already on the path.
