Do you feel responsible for other people’s happiness? Worry about letting others down? Struggle to speak up for yourself? If so, you may be experiencing difficulty setting healthy boundaries.
Boundaries are essential to relationships rooted in mutual respect, equality, and care. Think of them as guardrails on a bridge: they keep us safe, show us where the edges are, and guide us forward. When our boundaries are clear, they protect us from toxic dynamics and help others understand how to interact with us in ways that honor our needs and values.
Many men grow up without strong role models for boundaries. As adults, they fear that setting limits will drive people away, or they mistake boundaries for a way to control others. The truth is boundaries are about self-responsibility: defining what you will and will not allow, regardless of how others behave.

Our Workshops are generally held on Saturdays from 9 am - 12 pm MDT.
