As we close out the year, this meeting gives us the space to pause, look back, and acknowledge how far we’ve come. It’s a chance to reflect on the challenges we faced, the lessons we learned, and the moments, big or small, that we are grateful for.

Gratitude is more than a feel-good exercise; it helps us see our growth with clarity. Even in difficult times, there are choices we made, boundaries we set, and strengths we developed that deserve recognition.

Some questions to consider as you reflect on your year:

– What lessons stand out from the past twelve months?

– Did you leave behind a relationship, habit, or pattern that no longer served you?

– Did you deepen your relationship with yourself?

– Did you advocate for your mental health or hold firmer boundaries at work or in your personal life?

I invite you to share your small wins, meaningful shifts, and the things you’re genuinely grateful for this year.

This reflection helps us enter the holidays with perspective rather than pressure, and it prepares us to step into the new year with intention, building on the work you’ve already done.

Let’s come together as a community this week to acknowledge our growth, support one another, and appreciate the good that showed up in our lives.
