As mentioned on the sign-up page, there are no refunds for the membership service due to the nature of the work we do.
If you do not wish to continue your coaching membership, it is your responsibility to cancel the service in a timely manner.
You are signing up for a discounted rate when you sign up for a group coaching service.
People share very personal information with other members of the group, and it is important we are mindful of the sanctity of this safe space.
