Helping men align with their purpose and find true community

My Story

I’m Adeel George, the founder of Integrated Men and a PhD student in Clinical Psychology, where I conduct research in a Forensic Neuropsychology lab. I have presented original research at the American Psychological Association (APA) and Association for Psychological Science (APS) national conventions. Before finding my true calling, I spent years in the tech industry. What truly shaped my path, however, was my own journey through divorce and self-discovery in 2013, which became a decade-long commitment to understanding, both personally and now clinically, what holds men back from living authentic, purposeful lives.

Helping people has always been a part of my DNA. Whether it’s offering a different perspective or simply a listening ear, I’ve always shown up for those who needed me. My divorce in 2013 forced me into a profound reckoning with myself, one that led me down a path of deep soul-searching and self-discovery. Out of that pain came clarity: a specific and unwavering purpose to help men not only discover their passion and direction in life, but to build a healthier relationship with themselves and the people around them.

Since then, I’ve done my own internal work in therapy, with experienced coaches, and through the rigorous pursuit of a clinical psychology doctorate. I’ve lived on three continents, traveled extensively, and had the privilege of speaking with over a thousand men about their needs, struggles, and aspirations. That breadth of lived and clinical experience has given me a unique window into the challenges men face and what it actually takes to change.

I know I’m a work in progress too. Every day, every conversation teaches me something new about myself and the men I work with.
