Having toxic shame is part of the human experience but if it’s not dealt with properly, it can cause major dysfunction to an individual on many levels. People cope with and deal with shame in a lot of different ways and resolving some of your own deep shame is crucial to living a healthy and authentic life. We are going to discuss the topic of toxic shame, how it manifests in our lives and strategies to overcome the shame that holds us back from achieving our full potential.

Our Weekly meetings are held on Tuesday nights (a minimum of 48 weeks per year) 6 - 8 pm via Zoom. They are split into two parts, the check-ins, followed by the presentation and discussion on the topic of the night.
