Valentine’s day is coming up and a lot of people are uncomfortable being alone. Being comfortable with yourself is a prerequisite for healthy relationships. Nice guys are mired in their toxic shame are uncomfortable with themselves and resort to covert contracts to get their needs met. Instead of learning to accept themselves, they resort to cheesy pick-up lines in the hopes of attracting a mate.
In our weekly meetings we always get questions from single members about dating, so let’s have a discussion to help them out.

Glover says: testing for interest is a powerful tool in the dating toolbox. We are going to discuss how to test and see if a woman seems distracted, shy or simply has no interest in you or dating in general. We are going to talk about how to let go of attachment to outcome when testing, and how not to take people’s low-interest responses personally.
