Recovering Nice Guys need to learn to be more “self” ish, and contrary to our social conditioning, that’s actually a good thing! Too often, Nice Guys focus only on other people, in hopes that by doing so their needs will somehow magically get taken care of in return. Needless to say, it rarely works out that way. As a result, Nice Guys often get rejected, taken advantage of, and are easily manipulated, which only leads to frustration and resentment. Let’s talk about how trying to appear needless and desireless, using “covert contracts”, and caretaking actually makes it more difficult for Nice Guys to allow others to give to them and get their needs met. We’ll also discuss practical ways to change our core beliefs about ourselves in order to put an end to submissive behaviours, and take responsibility for getting our own needs met. We’ll learn how putting ourselves first actually makes us more healthy and attractive! (Yes, women find you more attractive when you make your needs a priority, and hate it when you don’t.)

Our Weekly meetings are held on Tuesday nights (a minimum of 48 weeks per year) 6 - 8 pm via Zoom. They are split into two parts, the check-ins, followed by the presentation and discussion on the topic of the night.
