This week at Integrated Men we’re facing our perfectionism. Perfectionism is a trait that makes life an endless report card on accomplishments or looks. When healthy, it can be self-motivating and drive you to overcome adversity and achieve success. When unhealthy, it can be a fast and enduring track to unhappiness. We’re discussing the steps one must take in order to be released by the self-imposed binds of constantly feeling inadequate. It’s time to walk to the edge, dip our toes in our fears, and release our shame as we dive into another chapter of integration. Your mind is your own home. Let’s make it a beautiful place to be. Our Weekly meetings are held on Tuesday nights (a minimum of 48 weeks per year) 6 - 8 pm via Zoom. They are split into two parts, the check-ins, followed by the presentation and discussion on the topic of the night.
