In this discussion, we are examining the characteristics of high-quality friends and support systems. It is important to be able to identify and understand these characteristics to better surround yourself with individuals who will positively contribute to your life.
It is better to have a few solid, meaningful connections than many superficial and toxic ones. The largest social circle in the world will never satisfy the human need for connection if it isn’t comprised of high-quality individuals who genuinely care about you.
By carefully examining our relationships, we can discern who has our best interests at heart, as opposed to those who would prefer to utilize you for their own gain. We must set high standards for those we allow to be a part of and influence our lives. This is how we can protect ourselves from being used or manipulated.
Join us in our journey towards raising the bar — and quality — for our support system as we define the hallmarks of true friendship.
