I acknowledge that participation in Integrated Men Annual Summit 2025 involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, emotional distress, or loss. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. I hereby waive, release, and discharge Integrated Men and and all related parties from any and all claims, liabilities, and causes of action arising out of or connected with my participation in this retreat.
I affirm that I am physically capable of participating, and I understand that I am responsible for my own well-being. I consent to receive basic medical treatment if necessary and understand I am responsible for any associated costs.
I grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the retreat to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
